These are the real, genuine smileys! All lucky charms are lovingly crafted for you. They are packaged in packs of 50, and we make lucky charm keychains with name tags and text. The lucky cards are counted down. For businesses, they make beautiful sets of a lucky charm with a customized card. Everyone can do something! Every talent counts, and everyone participates, which is why we're so happy to collaborate with the daycare center. The positivity the lucky charms bring to these special people makes us so happy to bring them things they can make and to pick up the finished lucky charms. The smiles we get from ear to ear bring us a smiley face. It's wonderful to see how these sweet lucky charms bring happiness not only to the recipient, but also to the people who make them or process them, such as counting them down. The village, known for ASML, among other things, has planted beautiful daffodils shaped like smiley faces, which bloom in full bloom in spring. Our lucky doll webshop no longer features a smiley face. This is because the smiley is a registered trademark, and we're not allowed to use the image on our lucky dolls. Smiley recently pointed this out to us when they saw our beautiful lucky doll card. A custom design with a custom smiley on it, and even that's not allowed. We cannot and will not infringe on smiley's trademark rights because we always strive for positivity, and you can't achieve that by secretly adding it to your lucky doll webshop. It's surprising that other online stores get away with selling smileys in all sorts of forms, such as pencils, children's toys, and little trinkets. However, we choose to abide by the rules and not sell products that violate trademark law. We want to offer our customers honest and reliable service, and therefore we respect the rules regarding trademark use. That's why we've decided not to include smiley lucky dolls in our product range. We hope for our customers' understanding and are always open to suggestions for other fun lucky doll products that do comply with all regulations. Below is the image that brought the smiley brand to our attention, which led us to immediately remove all smiley lucky doll products. Of course, without the prohibited smiley! We make these from environmentally friendly materials, such as FSC wood. For every tree used for these sustainable lucky charms, a new tree is planted. Also important, our lucky charms are painted with water-based paint, except for the gold and silver colors, which are impossible to paint with water.
